Erin Cumings

An Expert in Balancing Professional and Personal Life

Erin Cumings is a Senior Consultant with the Sponsor Relations team at Nationwide Insurance. In this role, Erin is responsible for developing business opportunities through cooperative relationships. A passionate ag supporter in her community and state, Erin served as a trustee for the Iowa 4-H Foundation. She is a past president of the Iowa FFA Alumni & Supporters organization and a founding member of the Martensdale-St. Marys FFA Alumni & Supporters and Nationwide’s Women in Ag committee. Erin and her husband live on their family farm in Southern Iowa.

Erin Kaufman

An Expert in Women’s Health and Wellness

Erin Kaufman is a pelvic floor physical therapist who is passionate about supporting women of all ages. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin, a master’s in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. Her passion for women’s health began after the birth of her first daughter, inspiring her to advocate for pelvic physical therapy as a standard of care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys pickleball, hiking, and golf with her family.

Marsha Webster

An Expert in Finance and Operations

Marsha Webster is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of leadership across agribusiness sectors, including pork and beef production, ethanol, grain, feed milling, and oilseed processing. She has led financial strategy, acquisitions, risk management, and operational growth for complex, multi-site organizations. Marsha is also a co-founder of Horizons IV, an executive retreat focused on cultivating strategic leadership and advancing the future of agriculture.

Lexi Marek Beeler

Event Emcee

Lexi Marek Beeler is a business owner with deep roots and extensive experience in agriculture. Recently returning to her hometown in Southeast Iowa, she is passionate about supporting rural communities and the people who call them home. Throughout her career, Lexi has organized numerous events—many focused on empowering women in agriculture. Today, she serves a wide range of agricultural businesses through her fractional marketing firm, LMB Consulting, providing strategic support and creative solutions to help them thrive.
